Hand Bell Choir

Christ the Savior added a handbell choir in December 2019 to enhance our worship and music. We began with 2 octaves and have since expanded to a full 3 octave chromatic range. We welcome ringers of all musical abilities. Initially, we only had one ringer with prior hand bell ringing experience. We have some ringers that are just learning to read music, others that only read guitar chords, and others with skilled musical experience and sight-reading capabilities. We are having a blast and are learning together!

Directed by Heidi Ziegler, hand bell choir practice meets every Sunday from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm from September through May, and rings on the second Sunday of every month. We also ring for special occasions and festivals such as Christmas and Easter.
