Free Little Pantry

...Take what you need, leave what you can…

On the northeast corner of Mississippi Avenue and Nome Street in Aurora is our Free Little Pantry. This food pantry is open to the community and is available to anyone who has a need for food. It is stocked almost daily by both members of Christ the Savior Lutheran Church and members of the local community.

The pantry is stocked often with non-perishable items such as canned goods (cans with pull tabs are especially appreciated), oatmeal, cereal, pasta, bottled water, etc. Other items may include diapers, toiletries, socks, mittens, etc.

We pray that this community food pantry will be a tangible blessing to our community and a response to Jesus’ words, “I was hungry, and you gave me food…” —Matthew 25:35
